Warehouse and Deliveries Coordinator

  Central Malta

Our client is looking for a Warehouse and Deliveries Coordinator. Your roles and responsibilities will include: 

  • Managing stock - inventory, storage, and transportation across multiple warehouses.
  • Co-ordinating deliveries - incoming and outgoing
  • Supervise, lead and train warehouse and delivery staff
  • Ensure timely, accurate deliveries and foster strong customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Strong leadership skills with good communication both verbal and written
  • Organised and good at time management
  • Forklift Certification is required
  • IT Savvy - knowledge of inventory systems and IT tools
  • Maltese Driving Licence - B is a must
  • Native level of Maltese and professional level of English is required

Education and Experience

  • Previous experience in warehouse and logistics operations is a must.
