Our client, a building services company, is seeking a Stores Operations Executive to support daily store and warehouse activities, including stock management, customer assistance, and maintaining an organised and efficient workspace. Reporting to the Store Manager your responsibilities will include:
Assist customers and provide good customer service.
Receive, sort, and store deliveries.
Ensure shelves are stocked, products are organised, and prices are correct.
Monitor stock levels and report when items need to be reordered.
Carry out stock checks and help rotate stock so older items are used first.
Report damaged or expired items.
Keep the store or warehouse clean, safe, and organised.
Work closely with the Stores Manager to plan deliveries and organise tasks for store assistants.
Ensure pick lists are followed and liaise with clients and project managers regarding materials.
Working Hours: Monday - Friday: 07:00 - 15:30
Requirements
Previous experience in warehouse and retail operations work is a must.
Must have an excellent level of written and verbal Maltese and English.
Ability to lift and move heavy items and stand for long periods.
Basic IT knowledge, including POS systems or inventory software such as Sage.
