Storekeeper and Warehouse Administrator

  Central Malta  |  €24,000 - €27,000 Annually 

Our client operating in the fire and security industry is looking for a Storekeeper and Warehouse Administrator to join their team. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Implement and maintain effective warehouse procedures and safety standards.
  • Prepare and process shipping documents and manage returns.
  • Making sure that the ERP system is maintained and up to date at all times. 
  • Ensuring that the shop floor is kept in an orderly state at all times. 

Requirements

  • Local experience within a similar role is required
  • Familiarity with H&S procedures is seen as an asset
  • IT Savvy - ERP system and basic use of excel
  • Native level of Maltese is preferred, however, professional level of English is a must
  • Currently based in Malta

Education and Experience

  • O' Level standard required
