We are seeking a proactive and hands-on WarehouseSupervisor to oversee the efficient and safe operation of incoming goods store. This role is central to ensuring the smooth flow of goods between the Incoming Stores and the main Operations Hub, as well as supporting the logistics department.
What You’ll Be Doing
Coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operational flow of the Incoming Stores
Ensuring the timely and accurate transfer of items to the main Operations Hub
Making sure transferred items are correctly sorted and organised within chambers
Supporting incoming shipments, including the safe operation of a forklift
Creating shipment labels via the company system and ensuring correct placement on pallets
Providing hands-on support to Annex Stores team members when required
Monitoring all Incoming Stores areas to maintain high hygiene standards in line with HACCP
Ensuring pre-allocation of items is completed prior to the arrival of shipments
Maintaining high levels of inventory accuracy
Ensuring pallets are safely stacked and stored prior to transfer
Assisting the Operations team with daily truck loading activities as directed
What We’re Looking For
Previous experience in Warehousing, ideally within the FMCG sector
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
Proven ability to coordinate, lead, and motivate a team
A proactive mindset with the ability to identify risks and implement effective contingency plans
Forklift operating skills (licence preferred)
Clean police conduct
Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet deadlines
