A new role is now available with a leading contractor company. They are seeking an organized Store Keeper/Inventory & Logistics Coordinator to manage their inventory, coordinate deliveries and collections, and liaise with drivers to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
The Key Responsibilities are:
- Maintain accurate inventory records and stock levels
- Plan and schedule delivery and pick-up routes efficiently
- Coordinate with drivers and site teams for timely logistics
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials
- Prepare materials for dispatch and ensure proper documentation
- Monitor stock usage and reorder supplies as needed
- Maintain accurate records of tools and equipment
- Track tool usage, condition, and ensure timely servicing or replacement
- Keep the store area clean, safe, and well-organized
Requirements
- 5 years Previous experience in inventory or warehouse management
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Good communication and problem-solving abilities
- Familiarity with delivery route planning and logistics
- Basic computer skills (Excel, inventory software, etc.)
- Must be fluent in English
- Applicants must be already in Malta
