Stock Controller

  South of Malta  |  €18,000 - €24,000 Annually 

A new position for a Stock Controller has become available with a leading retail company in Malta. Reporting to the Operations Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • Monitor and manage inventory levels
  • Place orders for new inventory
  • Conduct inventory audits
  • Ensure accurate record-keeping
  • Analyse sales data for forecasting
  • Coordinate with other departments (Track shipments and deliveries with imports department)
  • Resolve discrepancies or issues with stock levels
  • Upload stocks into the system
  • Manage location transfers within the inventory system
  • Handling all physical stock taking with all departments.

Requirements:

  • Previous local experience in a similar role
  • Ability to process customs entries for imported goods would be an asset
  • Strong organizational and communication skills are essential 
  • Able to communicate in English and preferably Maltese
  • Must have a valid driving license
