Our client, a newly-established Luxury Retail brand is recruiting for a Stock Control Coordinator to join their growing team. The Stock Control Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of the procurement processes. Your duties will include;
- Setting up costings for new products and inputting them into the inventory management software
- Maintaining accurate records of purchases, pricing, and supplier information
- Coordinating with suppliers to obtain product pricing, lead times, and other relevant details
- Performing regular stock takes to reconcile physical inventory counts with system records
- Collaborating with the team to monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment to support production schedules.
- Providing support to other purchasing and inventory management tasks as needed
- Preparation and submission of Intrastat forms where necessary
Requirements
- 1-2 years of experience in a similar stock control role is essential
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suit and inventory management software
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Proactive problem solver with a results-oriented mindset
- Excellent communication skills and professional level of English
- Knowledge of Italian is a plus
Education and Experience
- Diploma level of education is desired
