Our client in the FMCG industry, is looking for a Shipping Executive who will have the following responsibilities:
- Coordinating shipments from abroad
- Handling Shipping documentation
- Working product costings
- Inputting purchase orders and stock receipts into the computer system
- Scanning of documentation
- Organizing meetings and sourcing quotes
Working hours for this role are 07:30 - 16:00 from Monday to Friday
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar role is a must
- Must have an eye for detail
- Aptitude for numbers and able to deliver presentations
- Ability to perform filing and record- keeping tasks
Education and Experience
- Previous experience in Shipping and Logistics
- Minimum A Level standard of Education
- ISL knowledge will be a plus
