We are looking for a detail-oriented Shipping and Logistics Clerk to join a well established company. In this role, you will play a crucial part in ensuring the smooth operation of our shipping and logistics processes, contributing to our commitment to excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage the shipping and receiving of goods, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
- Assisting the team in the planning and coordination of transportation and logistical movement of equipment by preparing the necessary paperwork for shipment
- Managing customer requests, facilitating the shipping and receipt of goods to and from warehouse
- Liaising with local and foreign transportation agencies and assisting in customs procedures.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in shipping and logistics or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Maltese and English
- Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
The remuneration package will depend on the candidate's skills and experience.
