Ride-Hailing Supply Manager

  Central Malta  |  €35,000 - €40,000 Annually 

A leading transportation company in Malta is looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Ride-Hailing Supply Manager who will play a pivotal role in managing the partner driver network. 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the day-to-day onboarding and support of partner drivers in Malta.
  • Optimize partner driver incentives to ensure optimal partner driver utilization and revenue generation.
  • Continuously monitor partner driver performance data and take corrective actions as needed.
  • Collaborate with marketing, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless integration of partner driver operations into our overall business strategy.
  • Support cross-functional team members to ensure that all safety, security, and quality standards are being met.
  • Collaborate with the technology team to resolve any issues that may impact partner driver supply or partner driver satisfaction.
  • Utilize data analytics to identify trends and patterns in partner driver behaviour and make data-driven decisions to improve partner driver supply.
  • Transform leads and onboard partner drivers:
  • Maintain regular communication with partner drivers through various channels, such as email, SMS, and social media.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of success in driver supply management in the ride-hailing industry 
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships and foster positive interactions with drivers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve driver-related issues effectively.
  • Expertise in using data analytics tools to gather, analyse, and interpret driver data
