Our client within the Aviation industry is looking to recruit a Revenue Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Head of Network Planning, Alliances & Revenue Management, the chosen candidate will:
Design and implement dynamic pricing models based on demand, capacity, and competitive factors.
Manage and maintain rate structures for commodities, weight breaks, and service levels (e.g., mark-ups).
Adjust pricing to optimize revenue and ensure competitiveness in key markets.
Define pricing strategies for Road Feeder Services (RFS), including feed and defeed segments.
Steer bid prices to balance competitiveness with revenue maximization.
Set access prices by route and customer segment to drive profitability.
Configure capacity settings (SPAV) and allotments to ensure optimal utilization across products and partners.
Forecast demand and manage overbooking levels on a route-by-route basis.
Operate and configure Revenue Management Systems (RMS), dynamic pricing engines, and booking platforms
Maintain system rate sheets, capacity settings, and pricing parameters.
Ensure data integrity across revenue, sales, finance, and planning systems.
Requirements
Strong analytical and data modeling skills; advanced Excel or BI tools experience.
Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across departments.
Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
High-level English required and high interpersonal communication.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
5+ years of experience in revenue management in air cargo is a must.
