Our client within the Aviation industry is looking to recruit a Revenue Manager to join their growing team. Reporting to the Head of Network Planning, Alliances & Revenue Management, the chosen candidate will:
- Design and implement dynamic pricing models based on demand, capacity, and competitive factors.
- Manage and maintain rate structures for commodities, weight breaks, and service levels (e.g., mark-ups).
- Adjust pricing to optimize revenue and ensure competitiveness in key markets.
- Define pricing strategies for Road Feeder Services (RFS), including feed and defeed segments.
- Steer bid prices to balance competitiveness with revenue maximization.
- Set access prices by route and customer segment to drive profitability.
- Configure capacity settings (SPAV) and allotments to ensure optimal utilization across products and partners.
- Forecast demand and manage overbooking levels on a route-by-route basis.
- Operate and configure Revenue Management Systems (RMS), dynamic pricing engines, and booking platforms
- Maintain system rate sheets, capacity settings, and pricing parameters.
- Ensure data integrity across revenue, sales, finance, and planning systems.
Requirements
- Strong analytical and data modeling skills; advanced Excel or BI tools experience.
- Ability to manage cross-functional projects and influence stakeholders across departments.
- Strong communication skills and a commercial mindset.
- High-level English required and high interpersonal communication.
Education and Experience
- Minimum requirement: BA in Economy/ Industrial Engineer or equivalent degree in relevant subject.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Logistics, or related field; Master’s preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in revenue management in air cargo is a must.
