Our client operating in the fire and security industry is looking for a Purchasing and Logistics Warehouse Officer to join their team. Your responsibilities will include:
Oversee the receipt, storage, and distribution of goods within the warehouse.
Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock audits.
Coordinate with suppliers and transport companies to ensure timely deliveries.
Implement and maintain effective warehouse procedures and safety standards.
Prepare and process shipping documents and manage returns.
Making sure that the ERP system is maintained and up to date at all times.
Ensuring that the shop floor is kept in an orderly state at all times.
Overseeing the full purchasing process.
Requirements
Local experience within a similar role is required
Familiarity with H&S procedures is seen as an asset
Knowledge of ELV systems is a plus
IT Savvy - ERP system and basic use of excel
Native level of Maltese is preferred, however, professional level of English is a must
