Procurement Manager

One of our large clients in Malta is looking for a Procurement Manager to lead their procurement operations and ensure efficient sourcing of goods and services. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies to improve cost-effectiveness, quality, and efficiency.
  • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and monitor supplier performance.
  • Oversee the purchasing process, ensuring timely and accurate procurement.
  • Collaborate with internal departments to anticipate and meet procurement needs.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in procurement, supply chain, or a related field.
  • Strong negotiation, analytical, and decision-making skills.
  • Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
  • Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or related discipline (preferred).
