A fast-growing company in the sustainable mobility and transport services industry is looking for a Driver Partner Executive (Full-Time Reduced (30hr/week)) to support and grow its driver community. The role is focused on onboarding, compliance, and building strong relationships with driver partners to ensure smooth operations.
The Main Responsibilities include:
- Manage driver onboarding, documentation, and training.
- Act as the first point of contact for driver support and queries.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and company standards.
- Maintain accurate driver records and monitor performance.
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues promptly.
- Assist with driver engagement and recruitment, including outreach to smaller fleets.
Requirements
- Fluent in English and Maltese; additional languages are a plus.
- Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
- Proactive, problem-solving mindset with the ability to multitask under pressure.
Education and Experience
- Previous experience in operations, customer service, or mobility/transport-related roles (ride-hailing or fleet management experience is an advantage).
- Background in administration or partner management is desirable.
- Formal education in business, management, or a related field is an asset but not essential.
