Distribution and Store Administrator

  Central Malta  |  €18,000 - €25,000 Annually 

We are looking for a Distribution and Store Administrator, reporting directly to the Distribution and Store Manager. The focus of the role is to ensure smooth operation within the supply chain.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure all paperwork including delivery notes, are completed correctly, together with signatures and the corresponding invoice dates, are all brought according to the report.
  • Handling and support in day-to-day challenges related to distribution & cold stores and taking action were necessary with your superior’s approval.
  • Collaborate with other departments such as finance, procurement and marketing to ensure smooth operation services such as the collection of specific data, asking for quotes and issuing of PR, which are related to distribution.
  • Inspect, verify and correct any unsolved issues related to clients’ credit notes, invoices and return forms and ensure all is updated accordingly on CSB.
  • Handling the invoicing of products for both export and local.
  • Manual inputting of discards/ rework, new orders, free issues or any cash sales as requested on CSB.
  • Issue detailed temperature reports with graphs for company and third-party vehicles.

Requirements:

  • MQF Level 4 or 3-4 years’ work experience in a similar role in the fast-moving consumer goods market.
  • Be IT literate, especially in Excel and have some experience working on ERP System
  • Possess excellent reporting and communication skills and be able to work with minimal supervision.
  • Candidates who are in possession of a driving license would be preferred.
  • Excellent organizational and reporting skills.
  • Interpersonal skills to work in a team.
  • Rigorous attention to detail.
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
