Delivery Driver License B

Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited to:

• Perform quality and quantity checks on all goods to ensure they are clean and undamaged.  
• Handle order picking and general store duties while on-site.  
• Plan efficient routes and ensure the vehicle is loaded and departing by 8:00 a.m.  
• Conduct daily vehicle safety checks, including tires, lights, and fuel.  
• Execute timely deliveries, confirming orders and collecting any returns or payments from clients. 
• Report customer feedback or complaints following company protocols.  
• Manage necessary paperwork and use the PC system to generate daily delivery reports.  
• Maintain vehicle hygiene, monitor mileage for servicing, and track VRT/licensing needs.  
• Uphold professional ethics, care for company equipment, and follow all operational processes.  
• Maintain a valid driving license (Cat. B & B1), a clean police conduct, and flexibility for overtime.  

Requirements

• Maintain the vehicle clean, washing it from the outside and inside as necessary
• Monitor vehicle mileage to schedule next service.
• Monitor the vehicle license and check if VRT is needed and inform internally so planning can take place (if applicable).
• Maintain in good condition the company’s equipment.
• Telephone must be answered politely, and ethics must be used at all times.
• Have a valid driving licence (Cat. B & B1) and clean police conduct.
• Always follow the company’s processes, this is vital for the smooth running of the operation.
• Excellent communication and understanding of the english language.
• Have positive approach at work , and communication

Education and Experience

• School Leaving certificate
• Relevant experience
