Customer Care and Logistics Executive

Our client is looking to recruit a Customer Care and Logistics Executive to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will:

• Coordinate shipping, receiving, warehousing, and delivery activities to ensure seamless operations.
• Liaise with local and international suppliers to manage purchase orders and monitor fulfillment.
• Track and update order progress in the internal system, ensuring timely invoicing and accurate documentation.
• Support warehouse and installation teams to ensure on-time and quality installations.
• Resolve daily operational issues and provide proactive solutions to logistical or customer challenges.
• Maintain records of warehousing costs and ensure accurate client invoicing.
• Process supplier invoices and facilitate payment approvals.
• Organise delivery and installation schedules, coordinating effectively with internal departments and external partners.
• Handle escalated customer queries and complaints professionally, ensuring prompt and satisfactory resolution.
• Coordinate appointments and documentation with subcontractors, issuing post-installation reports.
• Identify and contribute to process improvements across logistics and customer care operations.

Requirements

• Strong communication, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
• Hands-on experience with logistics or software systems.
• Ability to prioritise tasks, manage timelines, and maintain attention to detail.
• Customer-focused mindset with a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

Education and Experience

• 3–5 years’ experience in logistics, supply chain, and customer service coordination.
• Experience in furniture, interiors, or similar industries will be given preference.
• Must be fluent in Both Maltese and English both verbal and written
