As a Software Quality Assurance (QA) Team Member, you’ll play a key role in making sure Avantech’s software is reliable, high-performing, and a great experience for users. Your main focus will be finding issues early, helping teams resolve them, and ensuring quality is built into every stage of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
You’ll work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders, contributing ideas that improve both the product and our testing processes. Your work directly supports Avantech’s mission to deliver secure, efficient, and high-quality software that helps businesses succeed across a wide range of industries.
Key Responsibilities
Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to understand requirements and functionality.
Create, maintain, and execute test plans, test cases, and test scenarios.
Perform manual and automated testing, including functional, regression, integration, performance, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
Identify, document, prioritize, and track defects through resolution.
Develop and maintain automated test scripts and review test results.
Validate performance, reliability, and basic security requirements.
Communicate test results, defects, and quality concerns clearly to the team.
Participate in team meetings, reviews, and retrospectives.
Maintain accurate QA documentation and test reports.
Contribute ideas to improve testing processes, tools, and overall product quality.

Education and Experience
Previous experience in a similar role.
