Our client, who will be opening a new office in Malta, is seeking a Senior Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, and maintenance of applications across a broad range of client projects.
About the Role
This role offers the opportunity to work closely with entrepreneurs and business owners, helping bring ideas to life using modern technologies and frameworks. You’ll collaborate with a cross-functional team that spans both business and technical disciplines to support clients from concept through to market launch.
Responsibilities
Design, build, and enhance application features from initial concept to deployment
Develop MVPs using low-code/no-code or app builder frameworks
Create robust applications using technologies such as React, Nest/NextJS, HTML/CSS, and PostgreSQL
Utilize Docker for container management, testing, and deployment
Integrate applied AI and cloud-hosted LLMs to automate workflows and extract insights from data
Work with cloud infrastructure and services to deliver scalable solutions
Take ownership of DevOps tasks, deploying solutions to production and supporting them post-launch using GitOps
Provide pre-sales technical support and third-level customer support as needed
Collaborate in an agile development environment
Contribute across the entire technology stack, from UI to backend architecture.
Requirements
Solid track record of developing and deploying production software
Familiarity with building full-stack applications using open-source and cloud technologies
Strong problem-solving skills with a keen interest in new technologies
Ability to make thoughtful engineering trade-offs aligned with business goals
Adaptability in fast-paced, evolving environments
A growth mindset and eagerness to continuously learn
Education and Experience
3-5 years of experience with mainstream programming languages and frameworks (e.g. NestJS, JavaScript, Node, React)
Hands-on experience with applied AI and cloud-based LLM platforms (e.g. OpenAI, Bedrock, Vertex AI)
