Senior Full Stack Developer - Manager

Our client, a leading financial institution, is looking to add a Senior Full Stack Developer - Manager to their growing team. 

They are looking for either a Software Developer at a mid-level or a Senior Developer at a managerial level. 

What you'll be doing

• Design end-to-end solutions, including inputs, outputs, database access (field-level), functional flows, triggers, and automation.
• Gather functional requirements from internal users and document them in a standardised format for clarity across users, developers, and testers.
• Develop new scripts and maintain existing ones, covering front-end, back-end, and data layers, based on defined solution designs.
• Lead and guide a team of developers, ensuring alignment with responsibilities and project objectives.
• Promote best practices in software development, with a focus on modularity, performance, and reusability.

Requirements

• 6 years of experience in software Development
• Experience in C#/.Net OR Java. Knowledge of Python and SQL is a plus
• Located in Malta with local experience.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor Degree in IT
