PHP Developer (Open to Students)
Central Malta | €20,000 - €35,000 Annually
Our client, a leading IT solutions provider in Malta, is seeking a student in part-time or a full-timer with PHP exposure:
Responsibilities
- Architect, build, and maintain high-quality web applications using PHP and modern MVC frameworks (e.g., Yii2, Laravel).
- Design and develop robust, scalable RESTful APIs and handle all aspects of backend logic.
- Collaborate effectively with project managers, front-end developers, and other team members to ensure timely feature delivery.
- Identify, diagnose, and resolve performance bottlenecks, bugs, and other application issues.
- Produce clean, efficient, and well-documented code that adheres to industry best practices.
- Support and work alongside QA and DevOps teams throughout the testing and deployment lifecycle.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Previous experience in an office environment
Education and Experience
- Degree in Software Development or Students who are still studying
- Located in Malta
