.NET Back End Software Developer

Our globally known client is on the lookout for a Back End Developer to join their team here in Malta.

Your Responsibilities:

• Work closely with engineers and product managers to brainstorm software solutions.
• Collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams to architect, build, and support back end systems and APIs.
• Write code that is clean, efficient, and easily maintainable, including thorough documentation.
• Prioritize performance and responsiveness in all backend applications to ensure optimal user experience.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical issues and bugs as they arise.
• Engage in regular code reviews to uphold code quality and adhere to best practices.
• Coordinate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with backend logic.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of work experience as a software developer.
• Proficiency using back end programming languages mainly C#, .NET, Python and Java.
• Understanding of REStful APIs and web services.
• Knowledge on database management such as SQL.
• Knowledge on Git or similar.
• Excellent English communication skills.

Education and Experience

• Degree in Computer Science, Electronics Engineer or similar.
