Key responsibilities:
Obtaining knowledge and experience on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM platform
Design, develop, and maintain CRM software applications using C#.
Customize and extend CRM platforms to meet business requirements and customize CRM solutions to address unique business processes.
Implement automation scripts and workflows to streamline CRM processes and develop custom modules and features to optimize workflow efficiency.
Work closely with CRM administrators, business analysts, and end-users to gather requirements.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Implement security measures to protect CRM data and ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
Create and maintain technical documentation for CRM configurations and customizations and document coding standards, best practices, and release notes.
Perform code reviews to maintain coding standards and best practices as well as conduct testing, including unit testing and integration testing, to verify software functionality.
Requirements
At least three years of experience as a Software Developer with a focus on C#.
Previous experience working working on CRM projects would be considered an asset.
Proficiency in C#, .Net and CRM technologies.
Ability to work effectively within a team.
Education and Experience
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or relevant related field.
