Chief Tehnology Officer (CTO)

Our client is a one of the leaders in its field. They would like to employ a Chief Technology Officer (CTO) and will responsible for developing and executing an IT strategy that aligns with business goals and growth plans.

The Role

• You will focus on driving digital transformation, innovation, and continuous improvement across the group.
• The CTO oversees systems architecture, software development, network infrastructure, and data security.
• A key responsibility is evaluating emerging technologies to enhance efficiency and maintain a competitive advantage.
• You will define and implement a forward-looking technology strategy aligned with business objectives.
• You will lead digital transformation initiatives and ensures collaboration across departments.
• You manage IT resources, set KPIs, and monitor performance metrics.
• The role includes overseeing IT systems, infrastructure decisions, and adoption of cloud, AI, and data-driven solutions.
• You will ensure compliance with GDPR, healthcare regulations, and establishes strong cybersecurity protocols.
• You will also lead disaster recovery and IT security failure planning.
• Budget creation and resource optimization form part of the financial responsibilities.
• You will drive data governance, analytics strategies, and ensures ethical use of data.
• You will build partnerships with technology providers, startups, and innovators to foster innovation.
• You will lead, mentors, and grows the technology team while collaborating with leaders across manufacturing, healthcare, operations, and administration.

Requirements

• You will have a minimum 5 years experience in a similar role.
• Be qualified in IT or a related qualification.
• Have a extensive leadership experience.
• Broad expertise in software engineering approaches, IT infrastructure oversight, and established cybersecurity standards.
• Visionary mindset capable of turning bold business ambitions into actionable tech strategies.
• Demonstrated history of driving major tech initiatives to completion, consistently hitting deadlines and budget targets.
