Our client is looking to onboard an experienced Architect to join their team. This role involves contributing to the design, development, and delivery of architectural projects from initial concept through construction, bringing hands-on project experience while working closely with internal teams, consultants, and clients.
Responsibilities:
Develop architectural concepts, design drawings, and technical specifications
Prepare, coordinate, and review construction documents to ensure accuracy and code compliance
Collaborate with engineers, consultants, and contractors throughout all project phases
Participate in in-office design reviews, planning meetings, and client presentations
Conduct site visits and address construction-related issues as they arise
Ensure projects meet budget, schedule, regulatory, and quality requirements
Revise designs in response to client feedback and regulatory approvals
Requirements:
3+ years architectural experience in a previous role
Proven ability to produce complete construction document sets
Fluent in both Maltese & English, both written and verbal
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture
Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, and other industry-standard design software
Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning regulations, and construction standards
