Our client is currently seeking a qualified Wireman to join their growing team in Malta. The selected candidate will be responsible for carrying out electrical installation, maintenance, and repair works in compliance with local regulations and safety standards.
Key Duties & Responsibilities
Install, maintain, and repair electrical wiring, equipment, and fixtures.
Carry out electrical installations in residential, commercial, or industrial properties.
Ensure all work complies with local electrical regulations and safety standards.
Diagnose electrical faults and carry out necessary repairs.
Perform testing and inspection of electrical systems.
Interpret electrical drawings and technical plans.
Maintain tools, equipment, and work areas in safe working condition.
Collaborate with other technicians and site supervisors when required.
Requirements
Valid Wireman Licence A or B issued by the relevant Maltese authority.
Previous experience working as a wireman or electrician.
Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and drawings.
Good knowledge of electrical systems and installations.
Driving license will be considered an asset.
Education and Experience
Technical certification or diploma in Electrical Installation / Electrical Engineering or a related field.
