We are seeking a reliable and motivated Technical Support Technician to provide hands-on technical assistance, service support, and customer-facing solutions. The ideal candidate will be practical, well-organised, and capable of working independently while delivering high-quality technical support and service documentation.
Key Responsibilities
Provide technical support and carry out service-related tasks using a wide range of basic power tools.
Diagnose issues, perform inspections, and document findings accurately.
Prepare clear, detailed, and professional technical service reports.
Plan and organise work independently to meet agreed targets and deadlines.
Communicate directly with customers and suppliers in a professional manner.
Support and service technical systems, with exposure to marine-related equipment where applicable.
Maintain basic records and use computer systems for reporting and communication.
Requirements
Strong practical experience working with a variety of basic power tools.
Proven ability to produce clear and accurate technical service reports.
Ability to plan work independently and manage time effectively.
Comfortable dealing directly with customers and suppliers.
Well-spoken in English with a good working knowledge of Maltese.
Basic computer skills (email, reporting, and data entry).
