Sprayer

One of our clients in the bespoke furniture industry is seeking a sprayer to join their team. The role involves preparing and finishing custom furniture pieces to the highest quality standards.

Duties include but are not limited to: 

• Prepare furniture surfaces for finishing, including sanding, filling, and priming as required;
• Mix and apply paints, lacquers, and stains using professional spray equipment to achieve desired finishes;
• Ensure a high-quality, smooth, and consistent finish in line with design specifications;
• Maintain and clean spray equipment, tools, and spray booth to ensure efficiency and safety;
• Inspect finished items for quality, touch-ups, and corrections where necessary;
• Follow health and safety guidelines when handling materials and equipment;
• Collaborate with production teams to meet deadlines and client expectations;

Requirements

• Ability to multitask;
• Attention to Detail;
• Excellent communication in English and Maltese is preferred.
• Ability to work early in the morning
• Currently residing in Malta

Education and Experience

• Experience in a similar role is considered an asset
• Training is provided
