Skilled Machine Operator
One of our clients are looking for a Machine operator to join their team and help with production.
Duties and Responsibilities are but not limited to:
Prepare and calibrate machinery, ensuring all equipment is clean and ready for the production cycle
Monitor and fine-tune machine settings to maintain optimal performance
Supply raw materials and components to semi-automated production lines
Conduct precise quality checks on parts using specialized measuring instruments
Run routine operational tests to ensure machinery is functioning correctly
Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical or operational issues as they arise during shifts
Evaluate finished outputs to detect and eliminate any machine-related defects or errors
Document production data, tracking both approved goods and defective units
Log daily operational activities and performance metrics
Requirements:
Demonstrated background working as a machine operator in a production environment
Practical familiarity with high-speed production equipment and precision measurement tools
Solid comprehension of standard manufacturing and production workflows
Strict commitment to following occupational health and safety guidelines
High level of precision and sharp attention to detail
Strong collaborative skills and clear communication
Excellent physical stamina and the capacity to handle heavy lifting
Full flexibility to adapt to a shift schedule, including evening rotations
