Our client is looking for experienced Shutter Workers to join their construction team in Malta. The selected candidates will be responsible for assembling, installing, and dismantling shuttering formwork used for concrete structures.
Responsibilities:
- Assemble, fit, and dismantle shuttering for concrete works.
- Read and interpret construction drawings and technical plans.
- Ensure shuttering is properly aligned and leveled.
- Work closely with other construction team members to meet project deadlines.
- Maintain health and safety practices on-site.

- Strong knowledge of formwork systems and construction processes.
- Skilled in the use of carpentry and shuttering tools.
- Reliable, hardworking, and able to work as part of a team.
- Maltese, EU or Non-Eu nationals or candidates with a valid work permit for Malta are preferred.

- Proven experience as a Shutter Worker or in a similar role.
