A local client of ours operating within the Construction industry, is searching for a Quantity Surveyor to join their team. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Naxxar. The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for monitoring and managing project costs, preparing Bill of Quantities (BOQ), conducting cost planning, and ensuring accurate cost reporting throughout project lifecycles. The role will also involve collaborating closely with project stakeholders to ensure budget adherence and financial efficiency.
Person specification:
Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management techniques
Experience in preparing and managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
Strong skills in Cost Planning and Cost Reporting
Ability to analyze financial data and manage project budgets effectively
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Requirements:
Valid driver’s license
Proficiency in relevant software for quantity surveying
Proficiency in Cost Control and Cost Management techniques
Experience in preparing and managing Bill of Quantities (BOQ)
2+ years of Construction experience
Prior experience in project management is advantageous
