Our client looking for a Maintenance Technician to join their team to handle a variety of tasks, including preventive and corrective maintenance, troubleshooting, landscaping, and general facility upkeep.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Execute preventive maintenance plans throughout the companies facilities;
- Diagnose and repair issues related to electrical systems, plumbing, and general infrastructure;
- Keep accurate logs of maintenance work, inspections, and repairs;
- Responsible for landscaping and gardening;
- Coordinate with out sourced providers;
- Carry out minor building works, including painting and routine upkeep;
- Assist with facility projects, including renovations and refurbishments;
- Provide occasional chauffeur services, when required;
- Ensure compliance with company policies and health and safety regulations;
Requirements
- Holder of a Maltese Electrical Licence A. Licence B would be considered an asset.
- Valid Maltese driving licence;
- Good communication skills in English. Maltese candidates is considered an asset;
- Attention to detail and proactive approach;
- Very good understanding understanding of health, safety, and operational standards;
Education and Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role will be considered an asset
- Proficient in general maintenance and plumbing
