We are looking for a precise and detail-oriented Land Surveyor to join a leading construction and operations team in Malta. In this role, you will be responsible for conducting comprehensive land and building surveys, providing the essential data required for the planning, design, and execution of diverse structural projects.
Requirements:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years of working experience, specifically in a site environment.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Infinity Surveying software and specialized CAD software.
Knowledge: Strong understanding of land surveying techniques, building methods, materials, and relevant legislation such as the Building Regulation Act.
Mathematics: High level of proficiency in mathematics for accurate calculations.
Licences: Must possess a valid driving licence.
Communication: Strong written and spoken English communication skills.
Attributes: A methodical approach to work with the ability to meet strict deadlines under pressure.
Requirements
Full-time, Monday to Friday.
A mix of office-based and on-site work.
Overtime and weekend work may be required to meet project deadlines.
