One of our clients within the construction industry are looking for someone who will join their team.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Conduct laboratory examinations on construction materials such as concrete, cement, asphalt, aggregates, and steel.
- Collect, evaluate, and summarize test data following relevant technical guidelines.
- Assist in the upkeep, calibration, and proper functioning of lab instruments.
- Contribute to research and innovation efforts focused on material strength and longevity.
- Compile and present detailed reports and documentation of laboratory findings.
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and project teams to deliver accurate material data for informed decisions.
Requirements
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities
- High attention to detail
- Capable of adhering to technical procedures and maintaining strict safety standards
- Computer literate
Education and Experience
- Construction Engineering (Level 4) or equivalent
