HVAC Supervisor

Our client within the Building and Engineering Services Industry is looking for an HVAC Supervisor. The selected candidates’ main duties and responsibilities will consist of:  

• Provide supervision and leadership to a team of HVAC technicians.

• Oversee the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.

• Support superiors in meeting material and labour budgets for designated projects.

• Manage the distribution and utilisation of tools within the team.

• Continuously monitor work progress to ensure alignment with plans.

• Supervise ongoing work performed by subordinates.

• Assist superiors in reviewing all necessary documentation.

• Monitor the procurement of materials and equipment.

• Interpret and analyse wiring diagrams as needed.

• Conduct training for subordinates within allocated budget limits.

Working Hours: Monday - Friday

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Strong organisational skills, alongside effective managerial and leadership abilities.
• Problem-solving and meticulous attention to detail.
• Maintain awareness of health and safety regulations.
• Hold excellent level of verbal and written English.
• Show a robust dedication to quality, customer satisfaction, and workplace safety.

Education and Experience

• Hold an advanced diploma in HVACR at MQF level 4 or its equivalent.
• Hold project management certification of at least MQF Level 4.
