Our client, a leading group of companies, offering services within different sectors, is on the lookout for dedicated and experienced Floor Installers, with great communications skills and initiative.
The chosen candidate will be responsible to:
- Install a variety of flooring materials, including hardwood, laminate, vinyl, tile, and carpet, with precision and quality craftsmanship;
- Measure and cut materials to fit specific areas accurately, ensuring a perfect fit;
- Inspect existing flooring and perform repairs as needed to ensure safety and quality standards are met;
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines;
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and industry best practices;
- Take the lead and act as a first point of contact between the team and the projects to ensure all material needed is ordered and available for upcoming planned work;
- Communicate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to address any concerns or questions throughout the installation process.
Requirements
- Excellent problem-solving skills.
- Precision and attention to detail.
- Candidates must be based in Malta with a valid working permit
Education and Experience
- Proven experience in carpeting, parquet, and flooring installation.
- Strong knowledge of materials, tools, and techniques.
- Must be licensed to drive
