Our client within the industrial automation sector is seeking for a Delivery & Maintenance Coordinator:
The Main Responsibilities include:
- Delivery & Logistics - Prepare and organise client orders, reconcile documentation, and ensure safe, accurate, and timely delivery of products, including handling paperwork and payments.
- Vehicle Care - Keep company vehicles clean, well-maintained, and road-ready.
- Warehouse Support - Assist with goods-in checks, stock organisation, and general warehouse upkeep.
- Onsite Support - Work alongside the Technical Team on client sites, providing assistance with maintenance and repair tasks, following schedules, and reporting on progress.
- Internal Maintenance - Carry out minor repairs and upkeep within the office and workspace to ensure a safe and efficient environment.
Working Hours -
Monday to Friday - 8am - 5pm
Requirements
- Valid driving licence, clean record, and good knowledge of Maltese roads.
- Clean police conduct with a professional and well-presented appearance.
- Confident using hand tools and carrying out basic repairs.
- Organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage time effectively.
- Customer-focused with strong communication and service skills.
- Computer literate, especially for data entry and record-keeping.
- Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently.
Education and Experience
- Previous experience in maintenance is essential; experience in delivery, logistics, or warehouse work is an advantage.
