We are looking for a reliable and experienced Builder to join our team for a residential development in Sliema. The role involves performing various construction tasks ranging from structural work to finishing, ensuring all work meets high-quality standards and architectural specifications.
Duties and responsibilities are but not limited to:
Laying bricks, stone, or concrete blocks to build internal and external walls.
Mixing mortar and cement by hand or using portable mixers.
Constructing and installing structural components including lintels, beams, and slabs.
Performing basic plastering, pointing, and finishing work on surfaces.
Ensuring the structural integrity of the building.
Operating construction machinery and power tools safely (drills, grinders, mixers).
Assisting with the setup and dismantling of scaffolding and work platforms.
Maintaining a clean and hazard-free work area in compliance with health and safety standards
Requirements
Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and tools
Ability to read floor plans
Physical stamina and strength
Excellent teamwork and communication skills
Fluency in English
Education and Experience
Proven experience as a Builder or Mason in the construction industry
