Our Client within the financial sector is looking for a Network and Security Expert to build a team
The selected candidate will be responsible for the implementation, administration, and maintenance of network and security infrastructure. Key responsibilities include:
Designing, implementing, and managing IT systems and networks.
Configuring and maintaining firewalls, routers, VPNs, and security tools.
Identifying and resolving system vulnerabilities and security threats.
Ensuring optimal performance, security, and availability of IT infrastructure.
Supporting disaster recovery and business continuity plans.
Writing and maintaining system documentation.
Collaborating with technical teams and suppliers to improve systems.
Monitoring and addressing system malfunctions and attacks.
Requirements
Be knowledgeable in Office 365, Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Enterprise Mobility and Security.
Have a working knowledge of networking, firewalls, Web Filtering Solutions, Mail Gateways, Load Balancers, AWS, and Intrusion Detection/Prevention solution.
Proactively secure environments, responds to threats, performs investigations, and enforce data governance.
Be proficient with Linux operating System.
Plan and implement security strategies and ensures that solutions comply with the polices.
5 years working experience in ICT in the areas of enterprise networking and security
Education and Experience
Related industry certifications like CCSA and CCSE would be considered an asset.
