IT Audit Manager

Our client, a leading big 4 company, is looking to bring in an IT Audit Manger to lead a growing team and meet business demands

What you'll be doing

• Manage a portfolio of audit and assurance engagements, ensuring timely delivery aligned with service standards
• Support the growth and management of the IT Specialists Team and contribute to overall business development
• Maintain strong client relationships while identifying and pursuing new business opportunities
• Deliver services to key clients and expand offerings to meet evolving needs
• Lead and motivate high-performing teams, fostering talent retention and driving them to exceed business objectives
• Collaborate with other teams to provide comprehensive, end-to-end client solutions

Requirements

• Brings 5 years IT Audit Experience, ideally supporting financial statement audits
• Experienced in planning, managing, and executing third-party assurance engagements, including ISAE 3402, ISAE 3000, SOC 1, and SOC 2
• Knowledgeable in industry standards and frameworks such as COBIT, ISO 27000 series, NIST, and PCI DSS
• Strong understanding of IT processes, risks, and controls—especially those related to cloud environments
• Proficient in SQL, Excel, and data analytics tools such as Power BI and Tableau

Education and Experience

• Degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business and Computing or Accountancy
• Understanding the Maltese Language is a plus
