A leading technology-driven organization is seeking a Technical Manager and experienced Information Security professional to lead its InfoSec team. Responsibilities:
Design, implement, and maintain security systems and protocols to safeguard infrastructure, applications, and data.
Lead the team in performing regular security assessments, including vulnerability scans and penetration tests using tools such as Nessus, Burp Suite, NMAP, and Metasploit.
Proactively monitor security systems, detect potential threats, and manage responses to security incidents.
Provide oversight for key infrastructure components, including firewalls and web application firewalls (WAFs).
Manage and support the delivery of operational tasks within agreed SLAs.
Requirements
Hands-on experience with SIEM, firewalls, IDS/IPS, IAM, DLP, endpoint protection, and cloud-based security tools (e.g., WAF, Cloud IDS).
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks such as ISO27001 and related technical controls
Proficient in scripting/automation with Python, PowerShell, or Bash
Knowledge of CVE scoring, OWASP Top 10, and the MITRE ATT&CK framework
Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, CEH, or OSCP are highly desirable
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or a related field
Minimum of 5 years’ experience in cybersecurity roles.
