Information Security Analyst

Our client, well-established in the IT Industry, is looking for a skilled Information Security Analyst or Senior Analyst to enhance security operations and safeguard both internal and client environments.

Responsibilities:

• Develop Security Strategies: Create policies to protect people, assets, and sensitive data.
• Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, investigate incidents, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Cybersecurity Oversight: Protect the company and client digital environments from cyber threats.
• Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to integrate security into business processes.
• Audits & Assessments: Perform regular security checks and identify areas for improvement.
• Incident Response: Manage and maintain incident response plans with internal and external stakeholders.
• Security Awareness: Promote a security-conscious culture through training and education.
• On-Call Availability: Be ready to handle critical security incidents promptly.

Requirements

• Proficiency with tools like Intrusion Detection/Prevention Systems, firewalls, VPNs, WAFs, IAM, and cloud security solutions.
• Knowledge of Zero Trust, Least Privilege, and regulatory standards like ISO 27001, GDPR, PCI DSS, and NIS 2.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, or related fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in information security technologies and management.
• Certifications (Preferred): CISSP, or vendor-specific credentials (e.g., Rapid7, Darktrace)
