A well-known group of companies is on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to join their growing team.
Your main responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for system enhancements whilst working closely with the stakeholders to implement new developments and features.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
- Conduct system testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure that the developed solutions meet business needs.
- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing systems and applications.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate system performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions as needed.
- Managing and overseeing IT-related contract, including service level agreements (SLAs).
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in business analysis and systems analysis.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience in a similar role, preferably local experience.
- Strong understanding of Business analysis methodologies and processes.
- Experience with stakeholder management.
- Excellent English communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communication technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
