Our client, operating int he IT industry, is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their team. This person will focus on capturing and translating business requirements to solutions, designing and delivering highly effective Workflow and Business Process-Driven solutions as well as supporting and operating customer solutions.
Your Responsibilities
Analyse, interpret, and document business and functional requirements provided by customers.
Provide time and effort estimates for project deliverables under the guidance of senior team members.
Track assigned project tasks to ensure timely execution and delivery.
Support senior team members in the design and implementation of software solutions that meet business and functional needs, using productivity platforms, third-party tools, and add-ons.
Assist in configuring, maintaining, and upgrading implemented solutions, following direction from senior colleagues.
Help with data extraction, transformation, and presentation across applicable platforms.
Contribute to solution validation by checking for usability and compliance with customer expectations through test case execution and scenario testing.
Assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and compile reports on the results.
Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users on system functionalities and solutions.
Requirements
Passionate about technology.
Understand how to design business processes and data models, and support business automation and databases.
Be detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.
Education and Experience
Bachelor’s degree in Computing or any IT related subject.
Previous experience working on SQL.
3-5 years of experience in an IT related field.
IT industry certifications is considered as an asset.
