Senior Business Analyst

Our client, operating int he IT industry, is looking for a Technical Business Analyst to join their team. This person will focus on capturing and translating business requirements to solutions, designing and delivering highly effective Workflow and Business Process-Driven solutions as well as supporting and operating customer solutions.

Your Responsibilities

• Analyse, interpret, and document business and functional requirements provided by customers.
• Provide time and effort estimates for project deliverables under the guidance of senior team members.
• Track assigned project tasks to ensure timely execution and delivery.
• Support senior team members in the design and implementation of software solutions that meet business and functional needs, using productivity platforms, third-party tools, and add-ons.
• Assist in configuring, maintaining, and upgrading implemented solutions, following direction from senior colleagues.
• Help with data extraction, transformation, and presentation across applicable platforms.
• Contribute to solution validation by checking for usability and compliance with customer expectations through test case execution and scenario testing.
• Assist in conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) with clients and compile reports on the results.
• Develop training materials and deliver training sessions to end-users on system functionalities and solutions.

Requirements

• Passionate about technology.
• Understand how to design business processes and data models, and support business automation and databases.
• Be detail-oriented with strong analytical, problem-solving, and presentation skills.

Education and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Computing or any IT related subject.
• Previous experience working on SQL.
• 3-5 years of experience in an IT related field.
• IT industry certifications is considered as an asset.
