A well-established client of ours operating within the Manufacturing industry, is searching for an HR Business (Data) Analyst to join their HR team. The chosen candidate will ensure that systems are maintained with consistent and accurate data, and ensure proper HR planning processes are in place.
HR Reporting & Analytics (Power BI)
Lead the development of HR dashboards and reports using PowerBI.
- Oversee timely maintenance, updates, and data uploads for HR databases.
- Prepare and continuously enhance standard reports and analytical dashboards.
- Collaborate with IT and other stakeholders to uphold data accuracy and system alignment with the ERP platform.
- Support and drive the automation of HR reports (e.g., performance management, compliance training, development programs) while ensuring data quality and consistency.
- Produce both recurring and ad hoc HR reports as needed.
Process Mapping & SOP Development
- Map HR-related processes to identify opportunities for automation and process optimization.
- Develop, maintain, and provide visibility on HR Standard Operating Procedures in accordance with internal policies.
- Identify, coordinate, and lead system-related initiatives in partnership with IT to enhance connectivity between HR and other business units.
- Support internal and external audit requirements by collaborating with key stakeholders and providing necessary documentation.
Training & Performance Management Support
- Deliver ongoing training and coaching to HR team members on PowerBI, ERP functionalities, and HR-related digital tools.
- Promote simplification and automation of HR tasks by engaging with the team and ensuring timely, accurate task completion.
- Assist department leaders in implementing streamlined talent management and career development processes aligned with organizational frameworks.
- Support the performance management cycle by helping business areas create effective development plans and identifying high-potential employees.
- Assist the Head of HR with alignment and calibration processes related to performance reviews and KPI evaluations.
Requirements
- Candidates must be living in Malta already, with the legal right to work in Malta
- Fluency in English is a must; Maltese preferred
- Analytical thinking and problem-solving.
- Knowledge of HR ERP systems
- Understanding of Business intelligence and report building technologies
- High attention to detail.
- Tech savvy
Education and Experience
- A Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, Science or relevant field;
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in data management, research and information gathering, ideally within a manufacturing environment
- Experience using PowerBI or an HR ERP system is a must
