Job Description

The MedCOI Sector Support Administrator - Interim Support will be assigned the following tasks:

  • Advanced processing of MedCOI AVA and ACC requests. 
  • Liaising with users, providers, local MedCOI experts and MedCOI medical advisers who perform quality checks. 
  • MedCOI website maintenance and update with user support. 
  • Training of advanced MedCOI users and internal staff. 
  • Meeting management administration (invitations, logistics, reimbursements, contracts). 
  • Administrative functions and payments for order forms/specific contracts and billing preparation for final check by Financial Initiating Agent.

Minimum Requirements

  • Completed University Degree and postgraduate diploma.
  • Experience in MedCOI research (at least one year), MedCOI training and COI research. 
  • Knowledge of the EU administrative procedures.

General Requirements

  • C1 level of English
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Team-player keen to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment
