VIP Manager (Spanish Speaking)

  Central Malta  |  €25,000 - €35,000 Annually 

Our client in the iGaming industry is looking for a dedicated VIP Manager, to help strengthen their team and presence in the Spanish market.  

Your responsibilities will include:

• Developing and nurturing strong, long-term relationships with VIP players to enhance engagement, satisfaction, and loyalty.

• Proactively overseeing a portfolio of high-value accounts, delivering tailored promotions, personalized experiences, and premium-level support.

• Analysing player data and behaviour to identify potential VIPs, upgrade opportunities, and customers at risk of churn.

• Partnering closely with CRM, marketing, product, payments, and customer support teams to ensure a seamless and consistent player experience.

• Continuously monitoring player activity to enable timely action in cases of reduced engagement or behavioural changes.

• Overseeing VIP payment processes, ensuring smooth transactions and rapid resolution of any issues.

• Staying informed on competitor offerings and market developments to optimize and evolve the VIP strategy.

• Ensuring all VIP interactions comply with responsible gaming policies, AML standards, and relevant regulatory requirements.

• Delivering comprehensive reports, KPIs, and insights to management regarding VIP performance and revenue impact.

• Reactivating inactive players through targeted and multi-channel communication strategies.

Requirements

  • Based in Malta or in Greece.
  • Strong knowledge of online casino and/or sportsbook products and player behaviours is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a customer first mindset.
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and reporting skills.
  • High level of professionalism, discretion, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment with flexible working hours.
  • Fluency in English & Spanish is a must.
  • Knowledge of the German Language is considered an asset.

Education and Experience

  • Minimum 2 years of experience is a Customer Service or VIP Manager role.
