Territory Sales Executive (B2B)

Our client is looking to recruit a Territory Sales Executive to join their growing team. Reporting to the Director, the chosen candidate will:

  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure strong business relationships.
  • Address client concerns in a timely manner and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention.
  • Ensure accurate order placement and coordinate with operations for timely fulfillment.
  • Collect outstanding payments on behalf of the company and follow up on receivables.
  • Ensure all mandatory onboarding documentation is collected from new clients.
  • Coordinate with admin and accounts teams for account activation and accounting requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with onboarding policies and credit approval procedures.
  • Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the territory.
  • Provide feedback on market conditions, competition, and customer needs to management.
  • Share insights to support improvements in sales strategies, products, and services.

Education and Experience

  • Recent experience in B2B sales locally is a must
  • Proficiency in Maltese and English is required
  • Must hold a local valid driving license
