Territory Sales Executive (B2B)
Central Malta
Our client is looking to recruit a Territory Sales Executive to join their growing team. Reporting to the Director, the chosen candidate will:
Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers.
Maintain regular contact with customers to ensure strong business relationships.
Address client concerns in a timely manner and coordinate resolutions with relevant teams.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and customer retention.
Ensure accurate order placement and coordinate with operations for timely fulfillment.
Collect outstanding payments on behalf of the company and follow up on receivables.
Ensure all mandatory onboarding documentation is collected from new clients.
Coordinate with admin and accounts teams for account activation and accounting requirements.
Ensure compliance with onboarding policies and credit approval procedures.
Monitor competitor activities and market trends within the territory.
Provide feedback on market conditions, competition, and customer needs to management.
Share insights to support improvements in sales strategies, products, and services.
Education and Experience
Recent experience in B2B sales locally is a must
Proficiency in Maltese and English is required
Must hold a local valid driving license
