Our client is seeking a results-driven Technical Sales Specialist to join their team. In this role, you’ll fuel revenue growth across premium categories: from high-performance yacht toys like Fliteboard and Jetsurf to essential marine equipment and transport solutions. This isn’t a passive retail position; it calls for a proactive consultant who can close deals, work within a CRM, and help clients resolve technical challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
- Actively oversee the showroom, turning walk-in interest into sales for both high-value items (Boats, Outboards, Efoils) and high-volume products (Kayaks, Roof Racks).
- Serve as a technical expert, ensuring clients are matched with the right solution (e.g., selecting the correct Menabò fitment for a vehicle or recommending the appropriate Yamaha engine for a RIB).
- Confidently make outbound calls to follow up on quotes and maintain warm leads. You don’t wait for inquiries, you initiate them.
- Manage the full sales cycle through Pipedrive CRM, from the first quotation to follow-up and closing.
- Assist the Directors with urgent Superyacht requests and sourcing needs across the yachting sector.
- Capture real photo/video content of new arrivals and client handovers to support social media activity (prioritizing speed and authenticity over polished production).
Working Hours:
- Monday to Friday: 09:00 – 18:00
- Saturday: 09:00 – 13:00
- Closed Sundays.
Requirements
- A valid driving license.
- Ability to quickly learn technical specifications.
- Someone with a proactive approach, who engages with clients and follows up on leads.

Education and Experience
- Demonstrated experience in retail or B2B sales with a history of meeting targets.
- Experience with rigging or mechanics is a major plus.
- Excellent command of Excel for quoting and CRM tools for lead management.
