Showroom Sales Manager

  Central Malta  |  €40,000 - €50,000 Annually 

Our Client, one of Malta's leading companies in the Retail finishing industry, is looking for a Showroom Sales Manager to join their growing team. The chosen candidate will be responsible for:  

  • Establish achievable sales targets aligned with the company's objectives. Communicate these goals clearly to your team and ensure they understand the expectations.
  • Regularly assess the skills and knowledge gaps within your team. Develop a training program, coaching, and mentorship to address these gaps and enhance their sales performance;
  • Utilize your business acumen to develop and implement strategic initiatives aimed at enhancing sales performance and maximizing revenue. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for growth;
  • Implement efficient business operations practices including financial management, inventory control, and customer relationship management. Streamline processes to improve productivity and reduce costs;
  • Foster strong relationships with both customers and suppliers through excellent communication and negotiation skills. Ensure that your team understands the importance of building and maintaining customer relationships to drive repeat business;
  • Draw upon your past experience in running a business to identify opportunities for growth and improvement. Encourage your team to think creatively and proactively seek out new business opportunities;
  • Lead by example and maintain a high level of professionalism and integrity in all interactions. Uphold the company's values and ethical standards in every aspect of your work;
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment where teamwork is encouraged, and individual accountability is valued. Promote open communication, constructive feedback, and mutual respect among team members;
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market developments to remain competitive in the marketplace. Encourage your team to participate in training programs, attend industry conferences, and continuously learn and adapt to changes in the market.

WORKING HOURS

MONDAY - FRIDAY 09:00 - 19:00 (an hour break)

SATURDAY 09:00 - 12:30

Requirements

  • Strong communication & negotiation skills
  • Goal-driven with the ability to reach targets
  • Proven leadership and mentorship experience

Education and Experience

  • A degree or any certification related to Management, Marketing and/or Sales is given preference
  • Excellent fluency in both written and spoken English is a must
  • Driving license
